Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has tested the appointment of PTI’s Sibtain Khan as speaker Punjab Assembly in the Lahore High Court (LHC), claiming that the survey was not held through secret voting form.
The allure from PML-N was moved by Mansoor Usman Awan expressing that the political decision process didn’t satisfy sacred and legitimate customs.
“The political decision on the speaker is made through a secret ballot form, and the printing of chronic numbers on the ballot form papers for the political decision suspended on Friday ignored the legitimate and sacred restricting,”
it said and requested of the LHC to pronounce the appointment of Sibtain Khan as invalid and void and request a re-appointment of the speaker Punjab Assembly.
It is relevant to make reference to here that PTI applicant Sibtan Khan was chosen as the new speaker of the Punjab Assembly on Friday.
